If we promise something to someone else?

We do it.

When a client/customer needs something?

We take care of it.

But there are things we should be doing in our businesses regularly that a lot of us (myself included) skip!

They are tasks nobody else is checking up on, and because we are our own bosses - they just don't get done.

And some of these things can have HUGE impacts on our success!
